Welcome to the 2014 Howl-o-ween Muttsqarade Pet Parade & Photo Contest

 

Perfect Paws & Vinegar Hill Veterinary Group is sponsoring their annual Halloween Fundraiser benefiting local animal organizations including Brooklyn Bridge Animal Welfare Coalition and Friends of Hillside Dog Park on Sunday, October 26th.

Join us on the promenade where primped and costumed people, puppies and a few cats will strut their way along the promenade.  Costumes will be judged by a select panel of celebrities.  There will be tables with information from local rescue groups as well as other organizations that serve animals for you to look at while the judges are conferring about their decisions.

And finally, this year, cats who disdain leaving their private abodes can fully participate in the holiday through our Photo Contest.  Instead of having to mingle with the commoners like the dogs do, Cats (and any other pet) can enter our photo contest which will be judged by the same celebrity panel and will also receive wonderful prizes. Pictures will be posted on our Halloween Photo Contest Gallery as well as FaceBook so that the public can also vote for their favorite photo.

Then after the parade is over, join us at Vinegar Hill Vet Group for a party, raffle and silent auction.  This is the 12th year that Brooklyn Heights has had this parade and this should be the best year yet!
